Appointments
All appointments are subject to availability at our branches. Bookings made via WhatsApp, our contact form, or phone are confirmed only upon written or verbal confirmation from us.
Operating Hours:
- Monday to Thursday and Saturday to Sunday: 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM (Maabilah)
- Friday:9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Al Khoud)
Cancellations and No-Shows
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Repeated missed appointments without notice may affect your ability to book future appointments.
Treatment Plans and Informed Consent
All dental treatments are carried out following a clinical assessment and with the patient’s informed consent. Treatment plans, costs, and expected outcomes will be explained before any procedure begins. Al Rabeeh is not liable for outcomes that result from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the patient.
Fees and Payments
Service fees will be communicated to you prior to treatment. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Al Rabeeh may update its fee schedule at any time.
